DoggyTalk facilitates connections between pet owners and service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of pet care services arranged through our platform. Users are responsible for vetting service providers and making informed decisions about their pets' care.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Intelica Analytics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (photos, pet information, reviews). By submitting content, you grant DoggyTalk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelica Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including damages for loss of data or pet-related incidents.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intelica Analytics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
